Carla leads clinical delivery at Adapt and manages our external relationships — the GPs, surgeons, and employers who refer patients and the health funds that cover them. She's also a practising exercise physiologist, which means she understands the clinical side of what she's selling. She built Adapt's referral relationships from scratch and continues to manage them directly.
